1. Look at the calendar on the Guild website for open time slots.

2. Decide if you want a solo or group show. (You may want to look at the wall space to determine if you can fill the whole exhibit area).
Solo: If you request a solo show and no one is listed for that time period, you can have it. We'll add the word "Solo" to the schedule with your name so no one else will request it.
Group: You can either join a group of artists already listed or choose an empty time period and start a new group exhibit.
The words "Group Exhibit" will be added to the calendar with the names of the artists signed up.
3. Copy or download the contract, read it and the terms.

4. If you agree to the terms, complete the contract and email it to lespalmer@aol.com with your name and time period.
Leslie will email you a confirmation, with a copy to:
- all artists also scheduled for that time period
- Maggie Wilson (who will add you to the online schedule
- Forrest Greenslade (for PR purposes)
- Juan Pons (for Labels) and
- Maggie Zwilling (for information only.
5. Compile a list of your works with title, medium and price and email it to Juan Pons who will make the labels for you. Do this at least a week ahead of time to give Juan time to make the labels. jpons@wildnaturephoto.com
6. Make a copy of the completed contract, printed on 3-hole punched paper, to place in the exhibit binder at the Brewery.
7. Help is available upon request for hanging/take down and labels (all group labels must be uniform). If the solo artist or group members do not request help it will be assumed that they have it covered. Group artists should contact the other group exhibit members before requesting help.
8. A Press Release will go out about each exhibit. Please sign up at least 1 month prior to the exhibit date to insure that your name is included in the press release.
