Gourd sculptures and mixed media wall hangings

Gourds have naturally beautiful shapes and colors that I embellish using watercolors, ink and found objects. Most of my pieces are painted with images from nature - trees, nests, birds, lizards, etc. The finished sculptures are sealed with wax to become permanent 3-D paintings.
